In this pandemic, gyms closed and the majority of individuals are working from home engaging in physical fitness activities can be challenging. But, we have to adapt to these new conditions is important to maintain our health like doing yoga can be done at home. We just need a mat to start, wear comfortable attire, and a program to follow. Yoga mats and other equipment can be ordered for home delivery from various online outlets. Because of modern technology, we can find a wealth of tutorials on YouTube or in your app store.
According to the (CDC) Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, getting enough physical activity could prevent 1 in 10 premature deaths, but only half of adults able to get the physical activity they need to help minimize and prevent chronic diseases. Exercising could also prevent such diseases from breast cancer, colorectal cancer, diabetes, and heart disease.
