Due to the Covid-19 outbreak, we have been subjected to more restrictions on our daily life.
A clear example of this would be the stay at home order that has been implemented across the world. Businesses have to find new ways to operate with there restrictions by allowing employees to work from home and schools have resorted to online classes.
It is now normal for us to spend most of our day at home much more than before leading us to adapt to these major changes.
To face these new circumstances most people have found ways to make life easier while working at home. For example, going to the store to buy groceries has become more of a risk then hassle now, so grocery stores and supermarkets have started doing home deliveries. This is great for us because we do not need to risk our own health going to the store and not to mention the huge convenience and time saver. Moreover, food deliveries have become a very popular way for people to get our daily meals. With the addition of contactless deliveries, we can at least have a taste of the world outside in the comfort of our homes.
Furthermore, most people yearn for their social life while at home, whether hearing a friend’s voice or seeing a friendly face. Video chatting through Zoom and other video chat sites have been the most popular choice for people to connect with each other. As for entertainment, video games and streaming sites are great ways to pass the time and relax. Some chose to learn a totally new skill and further their knowledge. All in all, our daily life has drastically changed and we have to make the most of it!
