During the quarantine, a lot of people have become more unproductive especially in time management. In that case, people need to stay productive. Be productive such as having a normal sleeping schedule and do some stuff we need to be done during the day. Do not procrastinate about something important that you need to do especially online works. However, some people don't have any urgent works that need to be done during the quarantine. There are a lot of things we can do such as indoor workout, trying out new recipes, and many more. Make sure to stay productive every day in order to have a healthy lifestyle even under quarantine.
Below is the advice to guide us and our family to stay healthy while stuck at home amid this period of confinement.

With the spread of COVID-19, children are affected by physical distancing, quarantines, and all-around school closures. The majority of children and young individuals might be feeling more isolated, anxious, bored, and uncertain. They might feel fear, and grief because of the impact of the virus on their families. UNICEF advised being honest and are willing to discuss coronavirus, probably they already heard about it but silence and secrets do not protect our children. Honesty and openness will do. Think about how much they will understand.
Explain to them that COVID-19 has nothing to do with the way someone looks, regardless of the nationality, or what language they speak. Tell our children that we can be compassionate to people who are sick and those who are caring for them like the frontliners. Find stories of people who are working to stop the outbreak and are caring for sick people.
Here are more productive things we can do at home during quarantine:
Organize your Wardrobe
Meditation
Reading Books
Cooking Skills
Take Online Course
Start vlogging (youtube)
Gardening
